Running a small business shouldn’t suck. But for some reason, it does.

I mean really sucks.

Monday you’re chasing down overdue payments: Tuesday, an endless sea of invoices. Not to mention working Saturday to get on top of all the projects on the go. Finally, when year end comes, your accountant tells you you’re not profitable. You made less than working in an entry-level position in your trade. And you should just go get a job.

That’s a big problem.

Because small businesses make up 70% of the workforce. It shouldn’t suck for the people creating those jobs. The people solving the real problems. Those who took the risk to start their own business.

Why your customers pick you over the next guy — find someone else to focus on the boring shit. Someone to help you get on top of the massive pile of admin work that disguises itself as a business. Someone to solve the challenges that make you toss and turn. The challenges that aren’t going away no matter how long you ignore them. 

Because honestly. You deserve it.

You've worked your ass off to get where you are. And it wasn't easy. And, be honest. It’s not getting any easier. Healthy businesses need support to grow.  It won’t get easier until you find someone to support you on the back end. Someone who acts as a partner and business consultant.
