Project Background
We recently enjoyed working with a reputable dog-walking business in Whistler. It was founded and is operated by a skilled and compassionate dog trainer who built a strong reputation in the local community. Known for her calm approach and deep understanding of canine behavior, she earned consistent referrals and had no trouble attracting new clients.
However, despite her success, she faced the classic challenges of solo entrepreneurship—being the technician, marketer, bookkeeper, recruiter and business manager all at once.
The Challenges
With demand increasing, the owner frequently found herself overwhelmed. She was juggling all aspects of the business with one part-time team member and was beginning to feel burned out. She needed help:

- Business System Development: Introduced scheduling, communication, and accountability systems to reduce owner workload.
- Content & Marketing Strategy Guided the owner through a lightweight content strategy to showcase her expertise and attract high-quality clients.
