Once you are clear on who you're looking for, understand where to find them. Industry job boards are a great place to start. Indeed has led us to many successful hires, as have local job Facebook posts. Some companies we've worked with have even gone as far as running paid advertising campaigns to find the right candidate.
By posting in the right place, you can be sure potential candidates will see your job posting, which increases your chances of finding the perfect person.
Your company website will never be enough to find the perfect person for your company. We advise our partners to employ an "always hiring" method, where they're constantly on the lookout for the right person.
The more visibility you have at this stage, the better. Depending on the urgency and specificity of your hire, there are free job posting platforms, paid platforms, and even recruiters.
